Verified trainers will list shares from the horse profile they already manage. In New Zealand, offering shares to the public is regulated (Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, overseen by the FMA). The marketplace won't launch in NZ until the right compliance steps are in place. Nothing on this site is an offer of shares.
