Terms for using the stability.nz website and the Stability service in New Zealand.

These terms apply to this website and to New Zealand customers of Stability, provided by Design Box Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 51 657 551 169). Your subscription agreement, if you have one, takes priority over these terms.
Business use
Stability is supplied for business purposes. To the extent the law allows, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply (section 43) and that sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 don't apply between us, where it is fair and reasonable that the parties are bound by this agreement.
Website information
We aim to keep this site accurate. Features marked "planned", "coming soon" or "NZ launch" aren't available yet and may change. Guides are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice.
Share marketplace
Nothing on this site is an offer of financial products or shares in a horse. Any marketplace will only operate in New Zealand once the required Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 compliance is in place.

You own the data you enter. See our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
For New Zealand customers these terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
