Why Stability
An honest comparison with Ardex and MiStable, the systems many trainers already know.
We read every public help article from Ardex (Epona and Premier) and MiStable in October 2026 and compared them with Stability. Here's what we found, including where they're ahead of us.

Where Stability is ahead
- Trackwork and trials. Trial times can be filtered by track condition, weather, weight, distance and venue. We didn't find an equivalent in either help centre.
- Billing that respects ownership dates. Shares are dated, and the month-end run won't finalise if a horse isn't owned to exactly 100%.
- Business insight. Cost ratios, margins and a cash view, not just invoices.
- Fair owner access. Owners keep their full history free.
Where they're ahead today
- Ardex has a deeper stud and breeding suite and stud book returns, and a two-way Xero integration.
- MiStable offers owner direct debit, and both have native mobile apps.
- Both are established. Stability is new, and New Zealand features like NZD and 15% GST are still being built.
